Tell us what the property is doing.
You do not need to know what is wrong, and you do not need to ask for a price yet. Describe the symptoms — where water stands, which part of the lawn browns, which gate drags — and we will work out the cause. That is the part that decides everything else.
Request a property assessment
Symptoms are enough. The more specific you are, the more useful our first call is.
Request received.
A Sunday specialist will reach out to ask a few questions and confirm a walkthrough window. If it is urgent, call (817) 320-0028.
What to tell us
Five details that make the first call worth having.
None of this is required. All of it shortens the distance between your message and an accurate answer.
Where it happens
Front, back, side yard, along the fence, at a specific corner of the house, at the bottom of a slope. Location narrows the cause faster than anything else.
When it started
This season, after a specific storm, after a freeze, after a neighbor regraded, after a pool or patio went in. New symptoms usually have a new cause.
Whether it follows rain or watering
Water that appears after storms is a drainage and grade question. Water that appears on watering days is an irrigation question. Water that appears with neither is usually a leak.
Which zone, if you know
Zone numbers from the controller, or simply “the two zones on the north side.” If you have run the zones manually and watched them, tell us what each one did.
Photos, ideally taken during the problem
A photo of standing water while it is standing, or a zone while it is running, is worth more than a photo of the aftermath. Bring them to the walkthrough or email them to hello@sundayirrigators.com.
Service areas
Eleven cities, one drive time.
Southlake is home base at 550 Reserve St. The rest of the territory is drawn so a crew can be on a property the same week we said it would be, and so we already know what the soil does before we arrive.

Before you write
Straight answers.
Initial assessments for standard residential properties are complimentary and carry no obligation. Diagnostic work that requires system testing, excavation or an elevation survey is quoted before we begin, and we tell you the number in advance.
Sometimes. Our service area is Southlake, Grapevine, Keller, Colleyville, Westlake, Trophy Club, Flower Mound, Roanoke, Northlake, Fort Worth and Dallas. If you are just outside it, ask. We would rather tell you honestly that we are not the right fit than stretch a crew across the metroplex and miss a window.
For simple, well-defined repairs we can often describe a range. For anything involving drainage, grading, erosion or a full system, no. The visible symptom is rarely the cause, and a number produced without a diagnosis is a guess with a signature line. We would rather spend twenty minutes on your property than quote something we have not seen.
Active leaks and water moving toward a structure are triaged ahead of routine work. If water is running right now, shut off the irrigation isolation valve if you can find it, then call (817) 320-0028 rather than using this form. A form sits in an inbox; a phone rings.
Regularly. Multi-property, HOA and commercial work runs on documented scopes, scheduled service windows and a single point of contact across addresses. Select HOA or multifamily, or commercial, as the property type and tell us how many sites are involved.
Rather talk
Some things are faster to say out loud.
If water is moving right now, or you would rather describe it than type it, call. You will reach someone who can ask the right follow-up questions.
